Refund and Returns Policy

We want to make sure you are satisfied with every purchase from our online CBD store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return and refund policy to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

Return:

All orders can be returned to us within 14 days of purchase. If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of purchase. Returned products should be sealed in the original packaging and unopened. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items worth over £50. Once the seal on the e-liquid bottle is broken, we cannot accept returns.

Lost items:

If you find anything missing from your order, please inspect the entire order thoroughly and check all corners of the box and packaging materials. Lost items can usually be found in their original packaging. Any order errors or shortages must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt. If an item is confirmed to be missing, we will conduct a thorough internal investigation and may take up to 5 working days before any replacement items are dispatched.

Defective or damaged items:

If the item you receive is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately. We will provide information on next steps as your item may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Damaged and defective items must be returned to us for inspection by our technical team. If an item is not returned in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or provide a partial refund based on our assessment. If there are signs of external or accidental damage, we may refuse the return and return the item to you. Buyer is responsible for any damage caused by improper packaging during shipping. We recommend taking photos before sending your return.

Refund:

If we need to issue a refund for defective, returned or missing merchandise, our primary option is to issue store credit, which you can redeem online against your next order. Alternatively, we can refund the amount to your original payment account, which may take up to 5 business days to complete. Please note that refunds for orders paid via bank transfer can only be issued in the form of gift cards. Gift card balance must be used within six months of issuance.

Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the product to be reviewed and a solution determined. If a third-party customer believes that a product is defective, we recommend that the product be inspected before returning it to us. If you have any concerns about a product returned by a customer, you may refuse a refund or exchange until a thorough inspection has been performed. Clients should be informed of this process to ensure we have sufficient time to investigate on your behalf.
